o Coffee, muffins, and bagels are offered every morning free of charge

Yellow (Visitor) Slips :
To be filled out if you brought a visitor

Green (1on1) Slips :
To be filled out if you had a 1 on 1 meeting with someone in the group

Blue (Closed Business) Slips :
To be filled out if you’ve completed business through a referral in the group

White (Referral) Slips  :
To be filled out if you have a referral for someone in the group
